A high gravity, light colored ale in the Belgian monastic
tradition. Yeast driven flavors of fruit and spice make this a rich
sippin' beer.

Dirty Habit Tripel

The Tripel, like any Belgian style, is unique to its homeland. The high alcohol content is only perceptible in aftertaste, and is achieved with the help of Wildflower honey and Belgian Candi Sugar. Saaz and Hallertau hops play an underlying role in this powerful ale, which ages very well over time.
