This Belgian Single (or “Enkel” in Flemish,) uses Belgian CaraVienne, Munich and Belgian Biscuit malts, with Sterling and Saaz hops to create a refreshing golden abbey style ale with a malty, spicy sweetness. Enjoy the summer sun like a true monk!

It is highly recommended to use the liquid yeast strain suggested for this recipe in order to attain results appropriate to the style of beer.

Liquid: WLP530 Abbey Ale Yeast or WLP550 Belgian Ale Yeast
