This warming winter ale has a big malty side w/ Organic Munich, Crystal, Chocolate, and Wheat malts.  It is well balanced with Organic Hallertau, Pacific Gem, Palisade, and Tettnang hops; the perfect beer for the cold, rain and snow.  

We recommend:

Liquid: Wyeast 1968 London ESB or  White Labs WLP002 English Ale

Dry:  Safale S-04
