Shipping Policy

Falling Sky Fermentation Supply Shop strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from receipt. Order with expedited shipping selected will be shipped within 1 business day, typically same day if received before 12 pm PST. If we happen to be out of an item, we will make every effort to contact you regarding reasonable substitutions, backorders, etc. You will automatically receive an email confirmation of your order, and you can print out a copy for your records. If we cannot contact you by email or phone for 48 hrs, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions (i.e. pellet for whole hops) unless you specify not to substitute in the Comment Box at checkout.

Falling Sky Fermentation Supply Shop currently uses FEDEX or U.S. Priority Mail for shipping on all orders. You may now select the service that is right for YOU. Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping estimators from FedEx and USPS. We do NOT send packages COD, or invoice for shipments.

Orders to APO's/FPO's and PO Boxes MUST use U.S. Priority Mail. Due to security issues, package tracking is not available to these addresses. FEDEX and UPS do not deliver to these addresses.

We currently do not ship outside the United States. Please check back as this will probably change in the future.

GIFTS: Our website allows you to specify a different ship to address, so that we can ship your gifts directly to the recipient. If you want us to send a copy of the invoice to you, instead of putting it into the box, just let us know in the comment section at checkout.

For holiday packages that you want to arrive by Dec 25th, we recommend purchasing no later than Dec 12th. That allows enough time for regular (ground) shipment to arrive in time. Expedited shipping (Fedex 2Day, Priority Mail etc) are always available after that date, but as you might expect, the shipping costs go up accordingly. Of course, gift certificates can always be sent instantly by email!

All shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We may be required to make adjustments for unusually bulky or heavy items, and orders that require more than one box. We make every effort to be fair about this, but sometimes it may be necessary.
